  • Do you provide managed support for all the cloud instances from any service provider bought from you?
    • Yes, We provide managed support for all linux cloud instances. If you don’t subscribe for managed support, We will not be able to provide managed support. By default, We provide only basic support, Which includes the following
      • Cloud instance reboot
      • SSH access
  • Do you provide plug-play cloud server ?
    • Yes, Our server comes with ready to use applications. If you buy along with control panel, You can start using the server immediately.
  • Do you setup & install the applications ?
    • Yes, If you have subscribed for the managed support with control panel.
  • What is covered in your managed support ?
    • We provide extensive managed support, It covers almost all of your server issues except your application specific, source code related issues.
  • Do you provide backup for FREE with every instances ?
    • No, We don't provide backup for FREE, you need to pay for it extra. But If you buy cloud from HostingRaja, It comes with free backup.
  • Do you provide 24/7 support ?
    • Yes. But We should have access to your server.
  • Do you take responsibility for the network issues or server uptime or hardware issues?
    • We have partnered with some of the best companies in the World, Who provide top class infrastructure, Mostly there will not be any issues. We are not responsible for any issues related to hardware, network and server uptime, As it is not in our scope of work. We do not have any control over the above mentioned issues.
